Do you want to try trail running, but have no idea where to start...?!
Or maybe you've started running in the past but need the extra motivation to start again...?
If you want to improve your fitness and health, whilst also meeting new people, then look no further - you've come to the right place!
Our 6-session introductory course is an ideal opportunity for people new to trail running (or even running in general), who want to use it as a springboard to improve their fitness, and take-up a new sport.
COURSE INFO:

Starts 7th March; every Saturday at 9am (except 28th March) and last for 45-60 minutes each.

EARLY BIRD PRICE: £60 per person / £100 for two people paying together

1st January, prices rise to: £70 per person, or £120 for two people paying together

Open to club members and non-members

Places are limited to 12 maximum

No requirement to attend every session (although it is recommended)

One month of free membership to C&G Trail Runners upon completion of the course
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Trail running shoes
-
Standard sports clothing (suitable for the weather)

Water
The course is led by Phil Hobbins-White, owner and club manager of C&G Trail Runners.
Phil is a UESCA-trained running coach, a qualified Leader in Running Fitness with England Athletics, and regularly competes in national and international trail races.
