ITINERARY:

Kick off the weekend by meeting the group for an afternoon trail run through the stunning Snowdonia landscape. Choose between the 'tempo pace' group or 'easy pace' group - both runs last around two hours and offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery.
After the run, head back to the bunkhouse to check in, freshen up and settle into your accommodation before re-grouping for a fun team-based trail running treasure hunt. It's the perfect way to explore the local area, break the ice and get to know your fellow runners.
We'll round off the day with a relaxed group dinner at a local pub (not included in cost), sharing good food, swapping stories from the trails and looking ahead to the adventures still to come.

After breakfast, choose the guided run that suits you best. Our tempo pace group will head out for a challenging three-hour mountain adventure, while the easy pace group will enjoy a more relaxed two-hour trail run - both groups will have plenty of time to soak up Snowdonia's incredible scenery.
Once the easy pace group are back at the bunkhouse, there'll be time to shower and unwind before taking part in a practical trail running technique workshop, designed to help you build confidence and efficiency on the trails. The tempo pace group will get to shower and relax when they return around midday.
By lunchtime, everyone will need to re-fuel with lunch, so make sure you've got your supplies!
The afternoon will begin with a 30-minute whole-group yoga and stretching session, essential for aiding your recovery.
Following that, the afternoon will offer another chance to get out on the trails, with a choice of social pace and easy pace runs. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to relax before getting creative in nature by joining us for a peaceful photography walk.
We'll finish the day with a delicious vegetarian dinner, followed by a relaxed evening of socialising, sharing the day's adventures and voting for the best photos from the photography walk, with a few fun prizes up for grabs!

Start the day with breakfast before heading out for an amazing guided morning run. Whether you want to run at a faster tempo or an easy pace, you'll spend two hours exploring more of Snowdonia's spectacular trails with experienced run leaders and a supportive group.
After returning to the bunkhouse for some downtime, you'll have time to eat lunch before taking part in a practical trail running technique workshop, followed by a relaxed 30-minute yoga and stretching session to improve mobility and aid recovery.
The afternoon gives you the choice of joining a trail run at a social pace or slowing things down with a scenic guided hike through the surrounding mountains. After some well-earned time to freshen up and relax, we'll come together for another healthy vegetarian group dinner, before spending the evening socialising, sharing stories from the weekend with your fellow runners.
After breakfast on Monday morning, we need to check-out by 10am.
