Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If the retreat is cancelled by the club for any reason you will have the option to defer to a new date or receive a full refund. 
You are responsible for purchasing your own trail running equipment, nutrition and hydration products.
Any form of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove participants from the retreat if they are insufficiently healthy to participate in activities.
