Our Introduction to Trail Running course will take you on a journey from trail walking to trail running within five weeks.

You'll be introduced to one of the fastest growing sports, which is proven to be not only great for your overall fitness, but also kinder on most muscles and joints compared to road running, as well as being amazing for your mental health and allround wellbeing.

On the course, you'll be guided through five of our favourite routes within an encouraging, safe and non-judgemental environment.

All sessions are hosted by a friendly, experienced and knowledgable trail runner and running coach, who will offer support and advice about technique, nutrition, clothing, and much more.
