Can you run 10km on flat terrain, but want to be able to run further when hills are involved?

Or maybe you've been able to run a half marathon in the past, but need the motivation to get back to that level...?

If you answer "yes" to either of these, then this is the course for you!

Our 6-session course is a great chance to train with people who are at the same level as each other, who have similar goals to yours, whilst receiving advice and motivation from a qualified trail running coach.
