PERSONALISED REMOTE RUN COACHING

Think run coaching is just for elite athletes?  Think again!

Coaching is for anyone and everyone who has a goal. So that could be running your first 10K, nailing a marathon, or simply finding the motivation to get out the door a bit more - no goal is too big or small!

Maybe you’ve been running for years and hit a plateau, or you’re eyeing a tougher trail adventure like a big ultra...?! Personalised coaching will help you break through and reach the next level, whatever your goals.

How does it work?

1. BACKGROUND INFO

After you book, you will be sent a short questionnaire so your coach can understand more about you and your goals.

2. CONNECT WITH YOUR COACH

Create a free account on TrainingPeaks, your coach will then send you a link so you can connect with them.

3. CHAT WITH YOUR COACH

Have an introductory chat with your coach via video or phone.

4. START THE TRAINING PLAN

The coach will create your personal training plan for the first month, and share it with you through TrainingPeaks.

5. TRAINING

As you work through your programme, your smartwatch will sync with TrainingPeaks, providing data from your activities for you and your coach to analyse.

6. FEEDBACK

You and coach will have weekly catch-up sessions via video or phone for 20-30 minutes, to give feedback on your progress. Any necessary adjustments to your training plan can be made here.

7. PROGRESSION

Towards the end of the month your coach will publish your training plan for the next month.

Payment

Coaching is on a month-by-month basis, and can be paused or cancelled at any time.

You might prefer to pause (rather than cancel) your coaching agreement if you are injured or unable to train for other reasons, as this will prevent you from starting the process again from scratch.

Throughout the athlete/coach relationship, you're in complete control of the start date, so just tell your coach when works best for you!
