Fast-Track to 10K:
Your shortcut to becoming a more confident trail runner
Run further. Run stronger. Run the trails with extra confidence.
You don’t need years of experience, endless mileage, or complicated training plans to conquer the trails.
Our fast-track to 10K course follows a straightforward four-week plan, and is perfect whether you’re new to trail running, or already running regularly but need an extra something to keep going.

What's included?
Four trail runs in a small group, at four different locations, all perfect for trail running:
Week 1: Lineover Wood (22nd Feb)
-
A hilly 5km run - we'll walk the ascents and run the flats.
Week 2: Over Farm (1st Mar)
-
A 6km run with multiple stiles and gates, which we'll navigate without stopping.
Week 3: River Severn (8th Mar)
-
A flat 8km 'out-and-back' which will provide a litmus test of runners' cardio fitness.
Week 4: Cleeve Hill (15th Mar)
-
A scenic 10km with a variety of typical trail running features. We'll only walk for the steepest ascents.
In addition to the four runs, attendees will also receive a four-week customisable training plan to supplement their training.
