(Level: Intermediate-Advanced)
1) 9-10am Informal strength & conditioning session
2) Mountain skills for trail runners' session, including:
- Mountain safety
- Route planning
- Emergency procedures
- Injury management
- An overview of equipment
- Navigation skills
- Using phones and GPS
3) Long afternoon trail run (approx. 20-25km), led by Philthy Running

Optional add-on for evening activities and facilities:
- £15 per person - book Saturday evening add-on here - must be booked in advance
- Includes:
- use of shower
- hot tub
- Pizza and movie night (with big-screen projector)
Terms:
- Ticket purchases are refundable until two months before the commencement date of the training camp, less an admin fee. Thereafter refunds are not possible.
- If the camp is cancelled by the club for any reason you will have the option to defer to a new date or receive a full refund.
- You are responsible for purchasing your own trail running equipment, nutrition and hydration products. All basic foods for breakfast and dinner are included.
- All relevant documentation must be completed and returned within one month of the training camp commencement date. (This will be sent out separately by the organiser of the camp).
- Any form of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to remove participants from the camp if they are not healthy to participate.
