Sunday 13th September:
(Level: Beginner-Intermediate)
1) 9-10am: A choice of 'strength and conditioning for runners' or yoga.
2) 'Discover the lesser-known trails': a 15km (approx) trail run led by a Brecons-native run leader.
3)'Essential trail running skills' workshop, hosted by Philthy Running, including:
- Footwork on difficult terrain
- Descent techniques
- Scrambling
- Using poles
- How to leave no trace

Optional add-on for evening activities and facilities:
- £15 per person - book Sunday evening add-on here - must be booked in advanc
- Includes:
- use of shower
- hot tub
- Home-cooked dinner
- Movie night (with big-screen projector)
Terms:
- Ticket purchases are refundable until two months before the commencement date of the training camp, less an admin fee. Thereafter refunds are not possible.
- If the camp is cancelled by the club for any reason you will have the option to defer to a new date or receive a full refund.
- You are responsible for purchasing your own trail running equipment, nutrition and hydration products. All basic foods for breakfast and dinner are included.
- All relevant documentation must be completed and returned within one month of the training camp commencement date. (This will be sent out separately by the organiser of the camp).
- Any form of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to remove participants from the camp if they are not healthy to participate.
